It's the auditorium or performance stage at the entrance of the Botanic Garden. Lots of programs performed every year. They have a performance area and a staging area. The space is not enough for larger groups. A big lawn and a lot of seating arrangements in front of the stage, though.

Lights... Blue lights, red lights, purple lights, green lights, pink lights, white lights, orange lights... If you like looking at coloured lights it's good. Sadly not much structure or style. It's lights. My next door neighbour has a colour changing light in his tree. It's better than this. Got some nice pictures though. Should have gone to festival of lights in New Plymouth.
Great place to spend your evening with family and friends while enjoying live performances.
Watched the Irish folk band. Great music great atmosphere. The 3 dancers were fabulous. Thanks for a great evening
Lovely place for a relaxed show, the band before Gardens Magic is always fun. The Soundshell also hold Summer Shakespeare performances.
Oh what fun!! Had a night of our lives with African beat and beautiful lights. Danced our hearts out with random strangers of all ages.
