Not usually someone to write reviews but Royal Heights Pharmacy have really outdone themselves, fantastic service every time I visit. A special mention to Robbie for always making our pharmacy experience personable, friendly and warm. Even delivering my large prescription order for my baby to the car. Always going the extra mile!
Outstanding service! We traveled all the way from the USA to find the items sold here. We were not disappointed! We will return on our next trip for more excellent service!
Above and beyond. Pharmacist took extra time, explained costs up front (which were Very reasonable), helped me get a Strep A test and meds. Provided excellent information and said I could ring to follow up with any questions. Time and money well spent and Iām grateful for the help, especially since Iām not sick enough to need to go the hospital but sick enough to be a bit miserable. Minimal wait, and they were rather busy, and it felt like no time at all with the extra care I received. Feeling better already, and got the support and care I needed here!
Highly recommend! I always have an amazing experience in this Pharmacy and their Post shop, excellent service, from the Pharmacists and other staff. Very professional, friendly, helpful and respectful. I live in the Northshore but I always choose to go to this Pharmacy.

I used to drive to Westgate to fill my prescriptions or use the postal service. One day I decided to give this pharmacy a go as it's so close to my home. Hands down my fav pharmacy. The atmosphere and vibe is always so much fun. When I got my vaccines here, one of the male staff members was having a sing a long to the music playing and a dance, it made me smile to see someone so happy (especially whilst working haha). Staff are always pleasant and helpful. My mum who lives in Hobsonville now uses this place because I told her how amazing they are. A real gem in our community
Always super friendly and helpful with prescriptions, sending stuff with NZ Post and questions and amazing to have staff who know who you are! Had vaccines and boosters done here super quick, friendly and efficient. Awesome to have as our local.
A good place near home to get prescriptions. However with other places opening not far away who offer Free Prescriptions I don't know if this place can stand still. It's health products are a bit over either. Now I only get prescription for my baby there, and get mine elsewhere.
