   I came in yesterday wanting a simple SNS with pearl finish. What i left with was terrible. The lady i had used 3 lots of SNS and 3 lots of gel on top. My nails were so thick they looked like I had painted blue tac on them. It looked like dust had been set under the chrome pearl finish, leaving little bumps. These were supposed to be my wedding nails and I was devastated. I emailed them as soon as I got home but have not heard back. I ended up going to K Nail Salon instead and they gave me a whole new set that was beautiful. I had to pay to have their work removed as well. I wont be coming back and I would like a refund for what I paid. Don't go here. Go to K Nail Salon. The service is far superior there.

   Exactly what I was after , requested the ombré from the tip instead of cuticle and they happily did it for me :) , I get my nails done every four weeks here , before my nails would always break now I have builder gel and it lasts until at least 4 weeks. ( when I want a new set )

   Got a pedicure done here today been a client since Feb was told to wait 20 mins before putting my shoes on after however my big toe smudged then she did a bad patch up job and told me to wait again, after over 20 mins she said it was dry enough now and I could put my shoes on again and it happened again yet again. I didn’t want to wait another 20 something mins so I asked for a reduced price and she said NO that I took up their time and stood there arguing with me about it, wasn’t even prepared to knock off $5 very disappointed and won’t ever go back as a result and I told her that.

   First of all I pick three different colours couldn’t get it because they didn’t have enough colour. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. They’re not the right shape they look like duck feet. They point up instead of down. Way too thick for my liking. Tried to charge me 370$ for 2 sets of nails so I had to correct them. They were 170$. Going to K-nails next time. Not sure if the girl was new or not but these are my birthday nails and I don’t like them. They could be worse but I asked for coffin shape and they look like flippers

   Very quick service. However, I had SNS and the nail tech was very rough and ended up damaging my nails. No one spoke to me and only spoke amongst the workers which made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be going back as my nails will now take awhile to recover and heal as a result of the harsh treatment

   Ivy at Four Seasons is the best. I've been going to her at FS since April 2022 and wouldn't go anywhere else. She's fab at what she does and is a super lovely person. Would highly recommend.

   Worst manicure I’ve ever had. The place was dirty, the girl cut me and made three fingers bleed! The polish was and absolute mess. All over my skin. I can see the top cover doesn’t cover all the polish and won’t last long. When I mentioned it was an awful manicure the manager didn’t apologise of try to fix it. Avoid this place.

   Today they didn't cut my nails before applying fakes ontop and now I have different length nails underneath and a gap between the fake nails and real nails which is getting food trapped between them (no more cooking for me). Looks nice until you turn the nail over... not worth $100!!!!! Plus it took 1 and a half hours due to not enough staff.

   Love, love, love getting my nails done with these ladies, they're very sweet and talented! Always come back no matter what! They're always able to bring my ideas to life but when they cant they're very open about it! Wish I could find more photos of their amazing work! Highly reccomend these girls!
