   I met Cat McCormack while planning a trip to Japan. I was overwhelmed and feeling very stressed about what should have been an exciting trip. Cat took over and booked what I hadn't. She provided the right number of options that I could cope with, responded quickly with queries that I had and made sure that I was happy with each booking.
