   We were booked for Noumea and at the last minute had to change our destination due to the unrest. We went for Bali, which was an awesome holiday except for our very overpriced accommodation. We stayed at the dirty end of Sanur at ten Sudamala Resort for $383 NZD per night. We expected luxury for this price. What we got was a murky pool, a bathroom that sweated from a dirty ceiling onto you while you were in there, broken pictures, holes in the curtains, linen not getting changed, water not being replaced. We met so many people staying in beautiful accommodation only paying $80-$120NZD for far superior facilities. I text the agent while on holiday and have been trying to get a refund on getting home, but no one is very interested in helping us now, or making sure we are looked after. We won't be booking with these guys every again and advise you avoid them like the plague.
