   We had our entire trip booked through them, but these people are not at all flexible and cooperative. We had our helicopter ride booked through them in Franz Josef Glacier region. It was unfortunately cancelled many times but to poor weather conditions. We asked them to rebook it at Mount Cook. In Mount Cook they booked the helicopter ride through a company named Alpine Vista Heli Flight. The weather was clear and sunny and all other companies were operating and this was the only company that was not operating. We called them an hour before to confirm also, but still they did not inform us the same. Their driver also took us to wrong heliservices airport from pick up point mentioned i.e Hermitage Hotel . We asked them to change to any other provider, they said they cannot. We told them that can we book ourselves, and u arrange a drop off to christchurch later, they said they cannot. They are highly non cooperative people and if u are stuck somewhere they will be the last people to help you. Not recommended at all.

Highly recommend you join these genuine people for some great fun trekking the wilderness, either calmly or with some adventure.

   Provided zero help when we needed it. Two members of our small tour group of five missed the flight from the United States to New Zealand due to weather delays. When the two arrived in Auckland one day later, the tour had already begun. So our party called the emergency contact number we were provided. The travel company was no help at all - they provided zero assistance to our party. Additionally, one member of our group lost their cell phone on the bus on the last bus ride of the tour. We contacted the tour company to request the bus be searched and the phone mailed to our next destination. Were able to track the phone to different locations - all bus terminals/depots so we knew the phone was on the bus. However the tour company said they could not locate the phone despite us telling them where it was. We thoroughly enjoyed New Zealand and more than likely will go back sometime. But we will certainly not use this tour company again.
