   First time here and Tiffany did my classic lashes extensions. She was very quick and just under an hour. I asked for them to look as natural as possible and my eyes don’t feel heavy but have a little bit of an enhancement ;) She even shapes my eyebrows for me afterward which saved having to go somewhere else to get it done. She did such a great job that I will definitely come back here, even though I live in Tawa.

   I came in on Friday night for Hybrid Eyelash Extensions and unfortunately the eye pad was placed wrongly which caused redness to my eye but also my eyes watered while the extensions were being applied which led to majority of my extensions falling out within 24-48 hours so I reached out to them hoping they would infill my extensions for a discounted price and they called back within 24 hours to book me back in ASAP to fix them and when I went in today they fixed them up quickly free of charge!! Thank you so much!! I was not expecting that and they look amazing yet again. Amazing customer service and such lovely staff. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back xx

   Hi there - After a long time I returned to Star Beauty 6 March for eyebrow shape and tint and upper lip and chin wax. The eyebrow shape size and proportions were terrible - looked like 2 rectangular slugs - no shape and no following of my natural eyebrow shape. I expressed my disappointment and the staff member 'got rid' of - the dyed bits that were not aligning with my eyebrow shape. In doing this the eyebrows shape was fine but my eyebrow skin had some skin lifted that caused grazing and tingling. That night they were quite painful and I used aloe very to soothe them. Today the edges affected have a rough feel as they have a light scabby feel. Whatever she used was way too strong and had a very strong odour. Wont be back!

   After so many research and experiences which salon can impressed me, I have finally found the best salon I could recommend. I have gone so many salons who can do eyelash extension but most of them their lashes only lasted for few weeks (less than I expected). But when I came to Star Beauty, their lashes lasted more than enough. I am so satisfied with their service. Must try!
