   I had a really disappointing experience with my spray tan. I told the lady it was my first time ever getting one, but I wasn’t given any aftercare instructions at all. Within about two days the tan had completely come off my face, even though I didn’t use soap or scrub it. My hands also faded really badly. By day three the whole tan was patchy and coming off, even though I followed everything as carefully as I could. For my first spray tan, I expected clearer guidance and a longer-lasting result. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back based on this experience.

   I messaged to book in for a Hifu special promotion listed on Facebook and a facial for my 15 year old daughter. I let the owner know we were only in town for 1 day which was the following day. She immediately asked for a deposit for the treatments which I paid. When I went in for my treatment I was told not only do I need to have 3 sessions but the treatment is literally for ONE area. Under the chin. The advertised promotion stated jaw line or eye and forhead area. I messaged my disappointment to the owner who immediately read the messages however 2 days on has yet to respond.

   I was lucky enough to win a mother's day competition at The Beauty Room. The team kindly offered to swap the treatment to a pregnancy massage for me which I was so grateful for! My masseuse was Leni and within the first minute of the massage starting I knew it was going to be incredible. I didn't want it to end! 10/10 relaxing and just what this mama-to-be needed. Thanks Beauty Room! I'll definitely be back :)

   I’ve booked in for the eye trio twice now. The environment is so clean and the staff are really professional kind and friendly. They gave me a hand massage while my tint developed which is such a thoughtful addition to the service I wanted my brows a little bit thinner than they had done and they took me back into fix them without making me feel like a burden. Amazing service would recommend to everyone ❤️
