Been waiting for almost a year for my clinical notes to be provided to me and other specialists after multiple requests via email and phone. Told Dr Johnston hadn't written up my notes from my last visit in 2025 and would do so. Still hasnt. This lack of care and sharing of my personal medical information has resulted in delayed medical treatment for my pain. He also assured me he would apply to ACC after my last visit to get more funding for another injection. Hasn't done it. No notes so cant remember. Poor poor service for clients who are not Auckland based. My.only option now is to complain to the health and disability commission.
