I’ve been going to Ivy for a couple of years now and she’s awesome. Always knows what she’s doing, gives great colour / cut advice, and I always leave loving my hair. Super easy to chat to and really good at what she does. The best head wash and massage too! Highly recommend!
Travelers Delight: stopped in to get a travel size shampoo and conditioner for colored hair. Right there on the shelf. Saved me from having to buy full sizes bottles that I would have had to abandon when I left NZ.
I emailed in the morning asking about getting a cut. Was able to book in the same day to get it done. After being disappointed in the result I got from a different salon the day before I knew I wanted to fix it up as soon as possible! They were able to accommodate and listen to my request. I felt listened to and understood before they got the scissors out and honestly that’s all I could have asked for! I love the way my hair turned out and will 100% be returning!
I had a hair appointment with Ivy and she did brilliant job. She was so kind and gentle. Amazing job done on hair cut, colouring and blow dry. She heard my wish list and gave her recommendations as well. Had great experience. Thanks Ivy and Synergy.

Great place to have your hair done. I can highly recommend Dory and every other staff member at Synergy Hair. I was treated with respect, had great conversations and felt at home there. All the staff members came forward as professional and the work that they had done for their clients can be described as fantastic. I am already booked in for my next appointment and looking forward to it.
I went to see a girl called Caitlin. She did an amazing job!! I would totally recommend to see this lovely lady. Very impressed with the results. She was not afraid of having a conversation as well. Overall experience was amazing 10/10
My partner and I have been coming back to Synergy hair for the past 3 years and it has always been our go to salon. We can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Dori and the team are amazing and we love them very much. The store offers a wide range of products with excellent deals. They also offer a reasonable prices with great quality of work and services compared to the salon we have been before. We have always been happy when we leave the salon. Caitlin did an amazing job on my hair, did exactly what I wanted and had asked for. Couldn't of gotten it any better or walked away any happier! I was also well looked after throughout this service. When I asked what products she would recommend for my hair type she was very quick to answer and lead me in the correct direction for the best products to suit my hair. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend!!!
