Had a great experience here! Summer was my stylist and did a great job from start to finish. She started with a wash, helped me figure out what style would actually suit my hair, and gave me one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while. You can tell she knows her stuff, really paid attention to the details and made sure everything sat right. Super easy to chat with too and super friendly, which made the whole experience feel relaxed. Definitely recommend and would happily book in again!
I came in on the wrong day, my own fault, but they were still able to do my haircut and had no difficulty getting the booking sorted out. The treatment was wonderful and my stylist was very courteous and offered drinks, though I didn't take the offer. He was very skilled and was able to recreate a style I had in mind with just a couple pictures as reference. A very welcoming environment and unbelievably good pricing, especially considering the student discount. highly recommend
Really relaxed and friendly, none of the pretensions of other high end salons I've been to. As a first time client, I was really impressed that my stylist read the comments that I had put into the online booking app before I arrived. She knew what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into other services. Loving my cut and the advice I got on continuing to grow out my graying bob. Booked again in 10 weeks for follow up. Thank you.
I'm the other person that went for a woman's cut with my friend on Friday! Days later, I'm still overjoyed with my haircut and in love with the results. Natasha was super kind, helpful, skillful and knowledgeable. She provided a lot of care advice specific to me and my needs throughout the process and gave me the exact restyle I wanted as someone with thick, curly hair who's had a lot of bad luck with other hairdressers in Wellington. Needless to say, this has been my best experience with a hairdresser. The environment is relaxed, really puts you at ease and everyone in the salon is lovely. I will absolutely be coming back, cannot recommend this place enough!
Booked a woman’s haircut for me and my friend in the morning! We’ve both got curly thick hair and have had bad experiences with hairdressers in the past so we were both very nervous to try out a new salon! But we left so happy with our haircuts, the hairdresser; Natasha was very helpful and patient and friendly and we didn’t feel pushed into anything or like our opinions meant nothing :)) Couldn’t recommend enough. Very friendly staff too!
Wow, I could not be happier. Jay'd spent such a long time on the phone making sure she knew exactly what I wanted at my appointment. Her professionalism filled me with confidence. As soon as I stepped into the salon I felt at home and she couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, even fitting my appointment in at the last minute. No one else in Wellington got the red colour I was looking for right except for her. It is not an easy job going for such a drastic change but she was undaunted. I'm so happy with the finished colour and cut.
Had my hair cut here while travelling NZ, and it was absolutely fantastic. My stylist Jayd was so lovely, listened to exactly what I wanted and I left feeling amazing! Great value, lovely salon and would definitely be returning if I lived in Wellington
