Bought a E90 N52 BMW with no service history and wanted a once over and get some preventative maintenance done. Saw on the Bimmer NZ forum that a few people had recommended Peter so decided to take the car down and get him to check it over and get the work done. Emailing him for a rough quote and booking in a slot was a breeze. Overall It was a great experience, After I dropped the car off he looked over the car and then emailed through his recommendations. He even took pictures of oil leaks etc and sent them to me before starting the work and kept me in the loop on when the car will be ready etc. He also talked me down from getting some work done that I thought i wanted but really didn’t need which is a rare occurrence these days. Something I also appreciate was there was either little to no mark up on part prices when I compared his prices to FCP auto etc and he happily fitted a power steering reservoir and spark plugs that I supplied myself which a lot of mechanics won’t do nowadays. Labour price was pretty reasonable, the hours did go over what I was quoted but I did get a lot of work done so I don’t feel hard done by. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the price, I’ll be using Peter for my BMW in the future and would recommend him to anyone with a BMW.
Best mechanic I have ever seen! I met lots of mechanics in Auckland, Gisborne and Wellington and definitely Peter is best so far. So experienced, fair priced and honest. He replaced my car's gear shifter module in half an hour in a really busy day. Thank you so much one more time!

It's simple, if you want the best, Peter's your man. Pay the man and he'll get the job done where a lot of other technician's would fail. I was in the motor trade as a parts man for at least 15 year's at a Toyota dealership and I know Peter's the best in the business. I can't believe the one star reviewers, who in their right mind would take a three thousand dollar car to Peter and expect miracle's! That's just crazy. GM.
Peter is the best mechanic around....in Wellington. He is so great & Super nice respectful with a top humour. Always goes above & betond with his professional expertise to be extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable & always make sure everything works as per his standard !!!!Excellent knowledge of cars and very thorough. Helped me understand what the problem was in my vehicle and how to fix it. Top notch - Explains all his findings & service recommendations so it’s easy to understand. Peter was absolutely amazing. My car had a fault that no other mechanic could fix, I had spent thousands trying to fix it before meeting Peter. Peter took his time, kept me up to date and finally worked out what the problem was. I am extremely grateful for his dogged preservation into fixing an extremely complex problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, a true artist at fixing pesky BMW’s and a lovely man too
Peter is a really good mechanic with many years of accumulated knowledge and experience. He has restored my 1990 Mercedes 300E and my 1976 Land Rover to smooth, reliable running, where others have failed. He is a delightful man, with excellent diagnostic skills and extraordinary patience. I am so pleased that I was referred to All European Service. I won't take my cars anywhere else from now on. If you want your car to run well see Peter. If he can't fix it, I have no idea where else you would go.
