   We found the selection very interesting and tasteful. Adrienne went out of her way to understand what our needs were and to suggest some great options. A few days later we bought a couple of items including a multi-paneled mirror. When we got it home we noticed markings on the glass that were caused by the glue used to adhere the glass to the backing board. (It was showing through from behind the glass ). Disappointed, we took it back and explained that we were unhappy. There wasn't another similar mirror so we couldn't replace it like for like. The shop assistant proceeded to tell us the returns policy I.e. no refund, only credit as the mirror "wasn't damaged". We pointed out that it surely wasn't designed that way and it was unsightly. She eventually phoned her boss who directed her to offer us a refund. While this was the correct response it is just a pity that I had to fight for it when the mirror was clearly not 100%. Leaves us feeling disappointed after a promising start. (Especially when we had also been considering other items in the shop also). PS We didn't take the refund. Instead we chose another mirror in the shop - $100 more than the first, so they did ok out of us but left us not wanting to return, sadly.

   I’ve had the best customer service from Ray and the lovely lady at Wairau Northshore store today. I had seen a gift to purchase and needed it in a hurry, Ray organised it fir me within half an hour and couldn’t have been more helpful!!! This store is not only professional but has the most gorgeous and affordable quality decor, you must visit!!!! Thank you Ray and team!!!

   Michael and staff ..... very impressed. Bought some furniture and accessories here on the weekend and was blown away by the quality and service. I will definitely be visiting here regularly. The staff were great.

   We received fantastic service from Matt a couple of weeks ago and also from the lovely assistant on duty with Matt. We bought two couches one lovely long black velvet one and a gorgeous big black ottoman plus a grey velvet three seater. Cant wait to use them at the end of the year when we move into our new home. We will be back one day again.
