Got a vaporesso vape from this store a few weeks ago n its terrible its battery takes way too long to charge and the battery doesn't even last long when it's off the charge ridiculous of this store to be selling these faulty vapes this happened with the last vaporesso I had as well honestly this store needs to fix this cause it's absolute ludicrous
Sold me a faulty product and when I tried to call ... no answer at all. Disgraceful service and shouldn't be trusted as far as they can be thrown. Despicable. If I could rate lower than one star then I would.
Been trying to call earlier (afternoon) no one’s answering. One time there’s an answer it was customer service and asked me to call them again. I assume no one wanted to answer call purposely (see uploaded images) Anyway.. good luck and all the best in New Year with your service.
I went in today to purchase a vape to quit smoking. Gillian was absolutely amazing! Awesome customer service, Great knowledge about the products, and set me up with a device in 10 mins. I'm very happy with my purchase.
An update to my review below and in response to the comment made by the manager regarding my review. Unfortunately your staff seem to have my partner confused with another customer. My partner went into the store to purchase juice only not because he had a faulty vape. My partner went in this morning and was not impressed by the lack of customer service , in fact he said the girl behind the counter was just plain rude and unhelpful.. no hello no goodbye nothing. He wouldn't normally say anything but this is the second time he's experienced the same thing. Will stick to Silverdale and Whangaparoa stores from now on as their staff are amazing.
The workers here know nothing about mods tanks coils etc been here afew times for these items I had to point stuff out employ people who have the knowledge
This is my favorite shosha vape store! Huge range of products, vapes and juices. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, also always very welcoming and accommodating regardless of how busy they are. Parking is good, I often get a park right out the front but if not there's a big carpark across the road for quick stops.
I popped in after work and was told by the team, children are not allowed in the store, I explained they are supervised plus 3ys and 8yrs old, am I meant to leave them in the car? There was also a sign in the window. They explained it's illegal to bring them in? I understand the legal age is 18, but I can't find any law stating I can't bring children in with me, supervised. If someone could show me that legal information, that would be great.
Wow, Normally go into this store through the week but just popped in today ( Sunday afternoon) The lady I delt with has no customer service at all!! Don't think she wanted to be there, no “hello” I asked for a box of coils that normally get, she had a look and her answer to me “we dont have any” thats it?? Will go through the week in future.. the staff are a bit more friendly thro the week lol .. she needs a attitude adjustment and training in just being friendly, and maybe say a hello? And sorry if you don't have stock? Would be a start lol
