Very motivated and highly knowledgeable staff, certainly know a lot about vapes and shisha amongst other things.
Every time I visit this Shosha I’m happily served by Naveen or Essence, they both bring such a welcoming and kind energy to the store and it’s always a pleasure to be served by them! They’re very friendly and even remember what I come in for! 10/10 service :-)
I recently visited Takapuna store and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help me find exactly what I needed. The selection of products was impressive, with a wide variety of vapes, e-liquids, and accessories to choose from. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. What stood out the most was the level of customer service – the staff really took the time to answer all my questions and recommend products that suited my preferences. They even offered great advice on new flavors to try, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Overall, this vape store is top-notch and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality products and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This store is definitely one of my favourite vape stores around! They always have plenty of stock and great options available! The staff are very polite and helpful! I would like to specifically shout out Mia who gave me great recommendations on products as well as awesome service with a great attitude! I will definitely be back!!
Maybe a coincidence, the last four times I’ve needed something from this shop it has been closed
Got there 15 minutes before closing, but didn’t feel like the staff wanted to help at all. Instead of helping me make a decision, they both just stood there and did nothing. If I got some assistance, probably would have bought something. Never coming back to this store again.
