   Horrible customer service. Sells faulty pods and never lets you exchange or refund. After calling before traveling to the store to check, when I got there it was a different story and I had wasted my fuel twice going there. You suck. Worst shosha store ever. The lady working there isn't friendly. The others just don't check things properly they just tell you to call customer service. Thanks for ruining my day yet again shosha. I might stop buying from this company all together.

   The blonde girl with glasses who work there has no Customer service skills, and is super rude. I try and avoid the glenfield shosha store as often as I can only cause I don’t wanna be served by her.

   All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Besides that blonde girl who works here. Has a face like smacked bum and not happy to have you there. Ive been served by her multiple times. Now, im only going in when shes not rostered on. Terrible experience. The rest of the staff are awesome, get rid of her

   Blonde girl serving me had zero customer service skills, obviously hates her job. Didn't listen and then ended by shoving my purchase at me and then moving onto the next person. Not the same experience I've had in other shosha shops.
