   Not sure what her issue was, but the lady working there clearly had no interest in helping anyone. Zero smile, zero manners, and full attitude for no reason. If you hate dealing with people that much, maybe customer service isn’t the job for you. It felt like I was bothering her just by existing. Do better.

   Seeing a lot of fake 1 star reviews from friends of one disgruntled customer. so here's a 5 star to try even it out. Never had any issues with this place. I guess it must be a user error. Rude Customers seem to not be held accountable for being rude to retail workers yet this business is being review tanked because of it. How can you be happy with the service you get from the husband and then 1 star his business becuase you didn't like your interaction with his wife? His business suffers because of this. This is clearly a smear campaign because one person is petty and salty about it. How about going to one of the other 5 liquor and vape stores in the area instead of getting your friends to review bomb someone's business.

   I visited this liquor store couple of days back. The store owner is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a client of this business we expect to be treated with utmost respect and dignity. Regardless of the race and ethnicity every customer should be treated with equal respect. With your unprofessional behaviour you guys create a traumatic environment for your customer. We spend our hard earned money over here and in return what we get ? A disrespectful treatment. You should be kind and polite with people who spend money at your business premises.

   He is the most disgusting, rude and argumentative person I have ever dealt with, he would not even let me finish my sentence over the phone. My friends and I were trying to order alcohol in level 4 and he gave us misleading information. Once we had transferred the money he refused to deliver or to pay us back until Monday. I even got my back to email him to confirm payment, however he still would not follow through with his word. If I could give this no stars I would.

   location is so good and staff are very friendly there and it is my regular Liquor shop:)If you are a nice customer, they will treat you so well. Last time I remember my daughter was crying in the store and I was buying whiskey aside. and they smiled to my daughter and gave her some candies. Best liquor shop ever!!!

   Great little shop with friendly staff. Good selection for its size and prices about right. Would definitely go back for the various flavours of cider on offer! They even have lots of Soju ( Korean Alcohol ). 5 Stars :)
