The best UK shop in Auckland. Tracey is always a joy to shop with and tries to make sure all our UK goodies are available. Quickest online service and delivery I have experienced. This family would be without tea and fairy if not for lovely Tracey.
Tracy is super friendly (she even shares the same Birthday as me). Nothing is too much trouble. From ordering online to delivery which is quick and very efficient. Love the little notes inside wishing me well and always with a smiley face drawing.
My son & I went int the UK Grocer the other day, we had a good look around & my son got some sweets that he had not previously seen or tasted. The Owner was so lovely, she was fab, and so was the shop

This shop has allowed me to settle permanently in NZ. When I'm homesick or just craving a taste of UK, they always have what I need. It's far cheaper and easier to pop to Browns Bay than buy a plane ticket back to the UK! The range of special items is amazing, and lovely personal service where they make an effort to help you find what you want. Real service, it's awesome. Thanks so much!
