   came here a year ago with my best friend (who was pregnant at the time) to get her some food cause she was craving a drink and some snacks. by the time we hit the check out she tells me she suddenly starts to feel extremely lightheaded and needs to sit down, we couldn’t make it to her car cause she wasn’t capable and then while she’s on the chair a few minutes later, she vomits by the check out and everyone sees it, that wasn’t the problem, it was that it took 5-10 minutes for a lady to come in and call the cleaner and when the cleaner came in, no water in the bucket and mop and he wanted me to clean it but it was his job and he walked off, one of the staff gave me tissues to pick most of it up but I was pissed because isn’t it the cleaners job? most of the staff looked disgusted and ignored us. My best friend needed to go hospital and it took for one lady who works there name Marie to help, comfort and made sure someone cleaned it, she was such a loving person and she made sure my best friend was okay and called the ambulance for my best friend. now I look at that place differently because now I just think everyone there is absolutely useless except for that one person who helped.

   Terrible, incompetent staff. I usually go through Fresh Choice Epsom (and have never had an issue) mistakenly ordered from this second rate store. Uber Eats order was delivered with an item missing. Called this store and spoke to 3 different people all incompetent and unhelpful, often talking amongst themselves, repetitively being asked the same questions I’d already answered with the last inadequate worker. Asked for the item to be refunded and stated I wouldn’t have wasted my time calling for a refund for an item I’d received, clearly they’re not very trusting of customers. After a lot of ‘um’s’ I was eventually told to go through Uber Eats support. If I could I’d give zero stars. *Do not shop here!

   I was using the self serve checkout this morning and was purchasing a 5L Tongariro bottle of water. I didn’t know why it would not scan when I was trying to scan it. I told the staff member at the self serve checkouts that I didn’t know why it wasn’t scanning and she said I had to remove break and remove the plastic to scan the barcode. I said that I never had to do that at other supermarkets before and she removed the plastic and said it’s not hard aye to me in a rude manner.

   Quite busy on a sunday morning. Lotto outlet instore. Pricing is good for some products; but a bit more expensive than Pakkas & Woolworths for others. Conveniently located near cafes and restaurants. Carpark can get full but there is plenty of off street parking available.

   Great atmosphere and some fantastic items hard to find in other supermarkets always find a parking and handy to other food outlets reasonably priced but like to see an improvement on prices

   Very bad shopping experience! When I went shopping with my kid and forgot my wallet, the staff told me that she would leave my purchase at the counter. When I returned to the store half an hour later, she told me that they had put my purchase back!

   Nice and tidy little supermarket, great staff, and awesome customer service. I go here for some of the meat as it's priced slightly cheaper than PNS & CD, but other items are equal or more in price.
