Brought my son in for a relaxing lunch in the garden, food was great and fresh and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely a good place to chill out and have a break
I ordered a BLT and asked for the bacon to be extra crispy, to please burn it so that itβs crunchy. It came out almost an hour later, after everyone else had gotten their food and finished eating, and it could not have been more raw. I feel like this isnβt even safe to eat, it is so undercooked. By this point I was starving and couldnβt keep the rest of my party waiting another hour, but trying to eat slimy raw bacon was misery. Normally the food is spectacular, but this wasnβt GROSS, especially considering I had over described to the staff how burnt I wanted the bacon.
Great cafe. Ordered the new menu item, which was a fried chicken burger, which was absolutely delicious. The chips were also seasoned really nicely. Also had a great convienent location at the garden center. Will definitely come back!
Wow!! Weβre backpackers and hadnβt had a proper meal (except noodles and rice) for a very long time. Today we stumbled across this beautiful little cafe and decided to have lunch hear. And wow, it was the most delicious meal ever - we enjoyed every bit of it! The iced chocolate was really good as well! Very chill and cute Ambiente to stick around for another drink.
Very, very noisy, especially when they are making smoothies. It should be done out the back. Patrons should not have to pause their conversations while that machine grinds away at 95 decibels. As shame as otherwise it is rather nice.
Great wee cafe. Lovely menu and a variety of cabinet options. Great coffee. My smashed avo was delicious (served with potato cakes, roasted tomato, poached egg and hollandaise) and my mum loved her mushrooms on toast. Lovely outdoor seated area, nice and chill with the sounds of the water features coming from the garden centre.
Sunday afternoon was so busy but staff accommodated our group of five, including two 91 years olds, in the outside covered area. Very helpful to us respecting older folks we had brought along for lunch. Despite the crowds and how busy staff were they came to our table and took our order. The service was excellent and food superb with a great choice selection. One of the meals had a sauce added by mistake but no problem the staff had a replacement in 5 minutes. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning again. Keep up the great service. Thank you and regards. John
Five of us had brunch today. Backyard breakfast was good, as was the Cheese Scone. My Eggs Montreal were nice. Strong coffee. Good English breakfast tea. Waffles were nice. Chips were the best (with the Chicken n Mango) sandwich. Croissant looked & tasted good Cabinet sweets looked good Lovely to sit outside Pleased to say it looks like things have improved here in last couple of years Thanks and recommend
