   Extremely disappointing service. I will never shop from this store again. We received a $170 parcel that was completely EMPTY—no product inside whatsoever. The worst part is the store's complete refusal to take any immediate responsibility. They are making us wait indefinitely while they go through an "investigation" with NZ Post. As the customer, we are now $170 short, have NO product, and are being forced to wait for their internal process. The product was required for a certain date and now we won't have it. The service has been terrible; they don't want to find a resolution for us. It's an empty package, yet the customer is the one being punished and made to wait. Avoid shopping here.

   Jasmine is cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious. I was slightly fussy about a boot I tried on and another identical pair was much better. She didn’t question it, was generous with the request. She talked me through product care and left me confident in a lifelong investment. Easiest five stars ever.

   Disappointing experience from the time I entered the store. Male shop assistant with beard was playing with the boots, disinterested in assisting me. Female shop attendee walked aimlessly around the store. I waited for either of them to ask if they could help me for at 3-4 minutes. As I departed the female said “thank you Sir”. I took my money to another retailer and spent over $1k with them instead. The staff needed a good lesson on providing some level of service to say the least.

   I had a leather travel satchel ,the zip packed up after a few uses. Took into wgtn they were so helpful even though out of warranty ,but zip should last for ever. Melissa,Jordy ,Jordan sent to Adelaide and kept me informed. Back brand new again Awesome thanks so much cheers Ben

   Teach your staff to acknowledge your customers. Walked in today and was not acknowledged, or approached unlike others who entered after me? Not sure if it were because I was limping from an injury, my ethnicity or ignorance. Visited to get help on deciding which colour of Burnished Macquarie boots to order. Left with disappointment instead.

   Staff were unenthused with serving both my Dad and I wanting a pair of boots from them. They were also out of socks for us to try them on and the only suggestion was for us to buy some them come back to try them on. I personally love the boots but wouldn't go here for service
