   very angry with the whole chicken i bought from here it smelled torta puh, i was ready to dive in to it but the smell was saggy and drippy, i started having a bacshot lesson wirh it, very hearty

   Although I do love going there for cheap veggies and a variety of Asian foods, there are multiple problems that need to be addressed. Firstly, there is barely ever any trollies available to use and no baskets at all. Secondly, the staff and inconsistent. I asked one lady for a trolley (even Mimicking pushing a trolley because I could see she didn't quite understand) and she ran away from me, saying 'no English.' Whilst I understand, and I don't speak Chinese, I would think to work in a supermarket in Auckland you should at least know the basic words which you might need in a supermarket. I found this extremely rude. Thirdly, they usually only have one counter open at a time so if it's busy it's very inefficient and frustrating. Lastly- not the supermarkets fault, but the parking lot is on a severe incline which means you have to be very careful your trolley doesn't roll away whilst unloading your groceries- have had mine roll down the hill once! If Smart supermarket can fix some of these issues I would recommend it.

   Was stoked to see an allegedly well-priced Asian / veggie supermarket out West, but was wary because of reviews saying it's 'filthy'. When I visited, it was totally fine - it's not as clean as most of the Big 3, but mostly just a bit of dust on the floor and people unpacking food from cardboard boxes while you are shopping. Great selection of Chinese, Korean, and South East Asian groceries, snacks, seasonings etc. Fruit and veg definitely cheaper than the major supermarkets - but I'm still looking for one that matches Farmers Fresh out in Panmure. Cashier lady is indeed rude - basically if you don't speak Chinese, expect to just get grunts and blank stares. It doesn't really bother me as long as the shopping is worth it; to be honest as someone from an Asian country, quite a few salespeople/shop owners there are very transactional and all business, but it's a bit jarring in NZ.

   A girl who works at the store was such a rude person. She proudly passed through in front of me when looking for a product although there was more space behind me. She didn’t say anything. It was unacceptable.

   I was impressed when I went in for the first time in a month. In that time the prices got better, the labelling improved, the stock was more orderly, the fresh produce was fresher ❤️ I asked for help locating an item and was assisted with a smile. The next thing I would really appreciate is labelling the aisles and sections so you know what area to look for something. Keep up the good work team, we appreciate having a compact supermarket in the neighbourhood!

   ♿Good parking when I went inside store very surprised how big it was using all the space available. Good variety of fruits and vegetables even some I have never seen before. Huge variety of different products also i haven't seen before good surprises of what they turn out to be. Some items expensive to some cheap. Good place to buy all soughts of products
