Zero service! Instead of assisting me this afternoon, the young male and female shop assistants decided to have a full on conversation about how everyone in the store hated working together and now itβs better, a better team of people who like each other. A total unpack of the store, its staff and who hated working with who! Someone needs to give these two people are reality check! Who employed them? Damaging the reputation of the brand and the store.

Iβve got excellent service and advice on size and fit. As the ribcage bell jeans were a bit long, a friendly consultant explained where I could get them shortened and gave me a voucher with 20% on alteration. I am happy with my purchase and shopping experience.

Visited the store recently looking for a pair of jeans. I was browsing for over five minutes and not once did a store assistant approach to see if I needed help. Instead, the three staff members on shift stood behind the register talking amongst themselves, showing no interest in assisting customers on the floor. Customer service is the difference between a positive shopping experience and one that makes you walk out. Unfortunately, this visit fell into the latter. Leviβs is a strong brand, but the in-store service here really needs to do better.

We came In and my mum asked the female worker with a claw clip, black jersey and white top on Monday around 2pm, if there were any more sizes of a certain Jean, she said βI believe thatβs all there isβ and as my mum turned around the worker looked her coworker across the store and made a face to her. Not sure what that was supposed to mean, but it felt like it was targeted towards us asking this simple question. It felt rude, and shouldnβt be happening. Might want to do a customer service training. Wonβt be shopping here again- also seeing the other reviews, looks like the owners donβt care for the reoccurring lack of service or resolving the issue. Such a shame

I would love to buy Studio ghibli mononoke clothing, but as soon as it came out. There was no way off ordering the clothing as it sold out within one second. Just would like to buy some mononoke clothing as we don't get nice things in NZ. I keep waiting to see if I can buy some, but I still can't. What is happening?

Excellent service! Came in today for a browse and left with a new pair jeans and a jacket as well! The young guy working was excellent. Unfortantly he wasnt able to help me out at first as he was busy. But as soon as he was free he explained he was the only one working and apologised for the wait. He was super knowledgeable and helpful even whilst running around the store helping others. Very impressed and will be back again for my next pair.

Terrible service, highly disappointed. I walked into the store - 2 staff members stood at the counter, no other customers in the shop (unsurprisingly), they didn't acknowledge me as I walked around the store... I pulled out many pairs of jeans trying to find styles and sizes, and they continued to ignore me - some assistance would have been appreciated but they were too busy discussing personal lives! I asked if they had my size in a particular style, they did go out the back and find it for me. I went into the changing rooms with a number of pairs of jeans to try - not once did they bother to check if they could help with sizes, etc - instead I came out and exchanged a size myself. Determined not to purchase after this experience, I left the change rooms and put the jeans back on the shelf myself while they stood and watched me. Very disappointing experience, get it together Levi's.

Just went in, this is a quiet Sunday afternoon with nobody else in the store. 3 young guys working, all ignored me and kept talking gossip amongst themselves. Disgusting lack of service.

I see Leviβs offers extended sizing now which I thought was awesome. Many stores donβt put them on the floor, or theyβre just available online. I thought Leviβs would be different but lo and behold I can only try my size (18) if I buy them online - and even then itβs $15 delivery - and you have to pay postage to return them, and get another if not the right size. I even rang the store to double check. Deeply, deeply disappointing.
