    Great store and fantastic customer service today from Nathan and Tania. I could spend hours in there! What sets ToolShed apart from other tool suppliers is their record keeping. In around 60-seconds they were able to look up what nail gun I purchased around 7-years ago, checked the parts manual, and advised what I needed . You just don’t get this type of after service with the massive chains. Great store, brilliant and friendly staff, highly recommend.

    Not good enough Toolshed... boxing day specials on stuff you have no stock of. I have to come into the shop to order and you can't take a phone order and payment? Not very helpful as I am 4 hours drive North of your branch so I guess I'll shop at another toolshop.

    The guys in here are really friendly and know how to treat customers. Tools are well priced and usually good to fair quality; you certainly know what you're getting. I know some guys have a bit of a toolshed stigma, but I think this is mostly unjustified when you look at their prices and they need to get over it. They also have a great selection of branded tools...I'm a Milwaukee man and they have always given me the sharpest prices in town. Thanks guys, keep it up. (Update: no change, team is still great after 2 years, thanks Tony).
