   This was my first time trying cat eye nails, and they turned out absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. The color looks elegant, and the shimmer effect is even prettier in person. The salon doesn’t have a large team, but everyone is incredibly skilled and attentive, delivering great results with care and precision. I’d especially like to compliment Chloe — she was gentle, detail-oriented, and gave thoughtful color suggestions that suited my skin tone perfectly. She made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The salon is clean and well-organized. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back.

   Most weird,unfriendly nail shop, despite I've been there at least 4~5 times. On Wednesday I 've had a small talk with technician during my nails I said that you did last time my nail, and do you remember me I asked her but her reaction was quite rude, without see me "I don't know you"~~ very awkward vibe, and she talk to the other her colleague with her native language immediately infront me ~~

   Very disappointed with the service. The nail polish application was uneven and wrinkled, with visible texture and streaks. They fan-dried the nails instead of using a UV lamp, which resulted in the polish not curing properly and left a rippled, messy finish. The cuticles were left dry and untidy, and overall the nails looked rushed and unprofessional. For the price paid, I expected a smooth, salon-quality result. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Replying to your comment: Hi, thank you for your reply. To clarify, I did request regular nail polish; however, regardless of polish type, the final result should still be smooth and professionally applied. The issue was not simply drying time, but the uneven, wrinkled texture and visible streaks, which were already present before I left and are shown clearly in the photos taken after allowing ample drying time at home. I followed the aftercare advice provided, waited over two hours, and was careful with my hands. Unfortunately, the finish did not improve and remained rippled and messy. My review reflects my genuine experience and the outcome of the service received, which I believe is relevant information for other clients. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

   Literally the worst manicure I've ever had. Asked for builder gel and got regular gel, total time took an hour and a half which is insane. Same day paint was chipped off one nail, 2 days later one nail broke off, next day another nail broke down in the nail bed. 2 weeks on and 4 nails have had the polish peel completely off with all nails broken too. The worst part is that my nails are naturally thin, but the tech filed them super thin, meaning I can't even get them replaced. I now have to wait until my nails grow completely out. I tried email, Facebook messenger to get in touch, but no response. It really saddens me I have to post this about a local small business, but this was really the worst experience I've had, won't be going back.

   I've been getting my nails done regularly for years and had a horrible experience here for my last visit. I've been here a few times as my backup salon. I go there for their quick service and hardworking staffs. They are pretty standard salon, frequently lack of staffs which would affect the quality sometimes. I had a broken nail in Feb and need to get it fixed asap, my regular salon was fully booked so I went there for Removal & SNS. - The nail tech was quite unprofessional and rough on my nails, constantly hurting my broken nail. During preparation of my nail bed using a e-file, the file was going too fast and I had a burning feeling on my nails so I had to asked her to slow it down a bit. - The finished set looks uneven, poorly shaped. In 72 hours of this set done I had 2 nails broken, one of them and bleed and half of my nails are cracking. - I had to redone them straight away at my regular salon. I didn't want to go back to Green Nails because they already done damage to my nail beds. (My regular salon charged me less for better a service.) They were mostly my Natural nails I've been keeping for months (see last pic). - I tried to contact the owner multiple ways and times and finally get a hold with them in May through FB. - Owner said the staffs didn't told her anything about the complain and will start investigate. - The owner refused to respond after that.

   Waited forever for them. When she was buffing my nails she kept running it on my cuticle. It almost 2 hours for SNS nails. And at the end of it it didn’t even last 2 weeks. It’s now chipped. I have had SNS at multiple places in Australia and it has never chipped. Even 2 months later. Not going back to them to fix it.
