    Do yourself the favour of shopping at this store. All the staff are so friendly and ready to help - in particular the manager Carmen. I've had the absolute pleasure of having her assist me on several different occasions and each time has been lovely. She is so attentive and patient, and works very hard to help you find exactly what you're looking for. She has such a lovely and positive approach, and always goes above and beyond. At the same time she does a seamless job of managing the floor and other workers with grace and professionalism. I absolutely love coming here for a shop or a browse.

    I went in 2 weeks ago on Sunday and the young girl with brown hair was amazing and so helpful. I told her I’m trying to find a specific style of jeans that fit short people as well as I have been to about 12 shops and they never fit or to long. She understood, took her time and got me about 8 pairs and explained which one ask are what. I was able to walk out with 2 pairs which fit perfectly which is a miracle. I want to thank you for your amazing customer service and appreciate the help. Would recommend!

    I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Carmen from the General Pants store in Wellington New Zealand.. I had purchased jeans online and received absolutely no help at all via the online chat or email..until I rung two stores in New Zealand, the first in Auckland was dismissive undeterred I tried Wellington. It was at from this point on I received above and beyond service from an employee named Carmen, she was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and assisted me through the entire return process even messaging me once the item was returned and refunded. If I had not received this service I can say wholeheartedly I would never have returned too General Pants as a consumer . I hope she is recognized and appreciated.

    Amazing customer service. I went in on Sunday and this beautiful brown wahine greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. She made me feel very welcome as I was shopping. I bought some crocs for my daughter and some T-shirts for my husband. She was able to answer all my queries and helped me in finalising my purchase. I’ll be sure to shop there again soon. 10/10 ✨

    Heads up, they can't do exchanges in store for online unless they have it in store (this wellington branch doesn't receive certain stock either) and they can't organise one from another store or even through their warehouse. General Pants Co refuse to process them through customer service for online as well, so it's just a refund. The overall terms of services with exchanges isn't really up to play with current online retail experience. Can purchase most of these products elsewhere with better policies.
