Incredible service! What a great team. I was purchasing a behalf and needed help with sizing. They gave me time & so much patience - even ran down and back to the couriers to give me a tracking number!! Couldn’t believe it! Thank you thank you!!!
Great clothes, disinterested staff. Couldn't get anyone to help me on at least 3 visits - enough staff but all very 'busy' avoiding customers. I waited in a line to get the 1 person behind the counter to help me but someone stepped in front of me and she served them and disregarded me - I left the store and won't return.

Clothes are lovely and timeless, however the customer service is severely lacking much like Country Road next door. I went in there today and they couldn't be bothered to even help out trying to source another size when I said something was a bit small.
