   **Absolutely Terrible Experience** I had the worst shopping experience ever at this store with Robert . The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They ignored me completely when I walked in and continued chatting amongst themselves instead of offering assistance. The selection of clothing was poor, with many items looking outdated and overpriced. On top of that, the store was a mess—clothes were strewn everywhere, and the fitting rooms were dirty and smelled awful. To make matters worse, when I finally found something I liked, I discovered a stain on it. When I pointed it out to a sales associate, they refused to offer a discount or even an apology. The checkout process was painfully slow, and the cashier was indifferent and impolite. I will never set foot in this place again and I strongly advise others to stay away. Save your time, money, and sanity—shop elsewhere.

   POOR SERVICE! Server was extremely rude and pretentious. The pants I purchased were of poor quality; ripped in multiple places, which was purchased 6 months ago! OUTRAGEOUS. When I asked for a refund or replacement, he told me they will repair them for me. I told him I could get them fixed by someone I know, but he insisted on them repairing the pants. When I picked them up, they tried to charge me an additional repair fee, which I was not aware of initially. He then held out the pants and told me not to come back. (Which I won't be doing anyway)

   I’ve bought dozens of suits and have never bothered to write a review, but today I came across Vance Vivian. As someone with an odd build, I wasn’t sure if they’d have a solution for me. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and I was greeted by Robert was immediately helpful, courteous and provided outstanding service. I felt welcomed and understood. He was not overbearing as I’ve experienced elsewhere, and was quick to answer any questions and offer a bit of banter too. I’m from out-of-town but I’ve just found my new go-to. Kudos.

   Visited the store a couple of months ago. The salesperson was an outwardly nice looking mature man who came over to assist and was the true proof of saying that "looks are deceiving"... No smile, no greeting, only arrogant behavior, making you feel unwelcome, unworthy even to enter this store. Absolutely unprofessional attitude. Even if I wanted to buy something at first, this seller has done everything to make me feel unwelcome as much as possible in 2 minutes after entering the store. Absolutely rude and offensive. I didn't see much in this store thanks to this brilliant master of sales, but definitely won't come back. Nevertheless I'm glad that this store business is going so well that they may afford to disrespect their buyers.

   Walk in here if you want to feel smaller, less worthy, and somehow less important than before. If you want to multiply this feeling, ask them if the white Grigio shirts are on sale at present. If the SMP shop attendants hadn't been so rude and pretentious I would have paid full price ($225.00).
