   I had the worst experience so far with Rodd and Gunn. I didn't expect them to treat me like shit. They are the worst in Wellington and the rest of Australasia. Avoid them like the Plague. Go to R M Williams, Farrys, 3 Wise Men and Kathmandu instead. They may be more expensive but you get your money's worth. As they say, you get what you pay for. I learnt that today !!!

   Both times my partner and I recently visited, staff have been super friendly and helpful to us despite us not finding the items needed. Staff didn’t hesitate to recommend other shops in Wellington to help us solve our problem and they’ve always been great recommendations (two separate staff members on two different occasions!). Thanks heaps for being genuinely knowledgeable and unbiased in your opinions. You obviously care and know what you’re talking about it when it comes to finding great menswear options in Wellington.

   Perfect collection for the men. Love the setup of the store. Prices are bit higher but worth the price since the quality is so good. Material is very durable too. Have a good collection for the winter as well. Dresses are formal and semi formal.

   Bad product quality . Recently bought 5 polo T-shirts for my family members in overseas, the t-shirt got expanded /stretched after first wash , now the XL sized t-shirts are XXXL, didn't expect such poor quality from Rodd and gun. I spent around 79.99 dollars for each t-shirt . this was an absolute insult for me because everyone returned and complained about the poor quality product which I gifted them. planning to file a complaint against brand for selling poor quality products . photos of t-shirts stretched are added , for reference t-shirt which is not washed (left) is placed beside the stretched one , bought 2 shirts from tawa outlet and the remaining where ordered by the sales representative from the Willis street/ Lambton quay store because they don't have the particular size shirt in there store.
