Our recent purchase of building materials through Sticks was highly unsatisfactory. They provided an incorrect quote/order figure but refused to take responsibility. Instead, they placed the entire blame on us for signing the order form and refused to offer any refund or compensation. Moreover, their deliveries were consistently late. We are extremely disappointed with their service and lack of accountability. We would not recommend Sticks to anyone looking for reliable and responsible service.
We used Sticks to replace our spa pool. It was a tricky job with a few unique factors. Josh and his team were incredible. Highly efficient, careful, proficient, polite and financially very reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Thank you.
