Called in to see if I could get my beard trimmed. Met Ajay who listened to my styling thoughts and then shared some of his. He was very attentive and the results were exactly what I wanted. The price was more than reasonable, cheaper than most of the barber shops I have been to. He is now my local go barber. Snowy, Beach Haven.
I have been going to this salon since last 7 years and have seen many owners changing etc. The last staff Nisha was also very good and efficient like many in the past. This time, when I needed to get some services done, firstly, their online bookings took my booking and then the next morning I received a text message stating that they didn't have a beautician and as a result my appointment got canceled. I still kept faith, I walked in yesterday, they requested to go today. When I finally went today, the staffs were not even smiling, leave alone being friendly. The service is absolutely not up to the mark as well. Felt very disappointed.
I had a great experience at Ohm Sai. Ajay and Nisha were the best hair dresser. They were very friendly and professional at what they do. My permanent hair straightening turned out even better than I expected. The salon was clean and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease throughout. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service and a great look.
Been going there for a long time and the staff is always friendly. Its so easy to contact Nisha to make an appointment unlike other times you call the salon and the phone is not answered. She makes a huge difference and goes the extra mile to ensure that we are always looked after.
