   Very bad service received from today's staff, people who work here before are usually friend, but this one is the worst, wanted to order 2 shoes from them and the lady was just unwilling to help, and told me she couldn't order and had to call, but she pretended calling but actually didn't and asked me if I wanted to leave my number. Of course No, u are such a rude person to me

   Visited Vans Albany for the 1st time and I was blown away by the level of customer service. Emma and Tait went above and beyond to make sure that I felt welcome and valued as a customer. I had a baby and a toddler with me and they were also very helpful in assisting my toddler try on some shoes whilst I attended to the baby. Good range of styles too in store. Highly recommend! Will definitely be visiting a lot more in the near future.
