We love there dragon rolls and if they have sold out they will make them on request which is awesome, great service always somewhere to sit and eat in if desired.
Condescending and rude interactions with the older lady staff member during multiple visits. When I requested a special order to accommodate my son’s allergies and likes, the staff member was visibly annoyed and argumentative over what I’ve previously been charged. If this happens again, I’ll buy elsewhere.
Visited on Sunday around 4 pm. When I politely asked if they could prepare a fresh set since the avocados in the trays had turned brown from sitting there all day, the lady at the counter seemed visibly annoyed. After the fresh trays were made, she didn’t put them into takeaway bags for me—I had to ask for one, and even then, she just shoved the tray into the bag carelessly, leaving it open. Overall, very poor customer service, and she gave the perception that I was inconveniencing her.
Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away.
Service need to improve had been few times dis takeaway and orders been changed.
Consistently good sushi, no frills.
I love st pierres normally I get the same thing at every one I go to and it's always been good until today when I got my large katsu chicken on rice with mayo from this one Had probably half the chicken compared to normal Pretty much had no mayo Had definitely been sitting there for 3+ hours and tasted horrible 0 stars
Terrible customer service. On 3 seperate occasions I have tried to place an order from the menu and have received confused looks and denial of service. “We only serve what is in the front”. This is the only st Pierre’s in Wellington region that I have encountered this.
Average taste of sushi. But they are freshly made with simple and nice ingredients. The service is nice, staff being very kind. At noon people are lining up to get their lunch so sometimes you need to wait. The deal of sushi value of the day I think is the best, after all they are just rice veggies and meat haha
