   today went to k&k Silverdale for the first time. Service from the new girl there(sorry forgot name)..been on for a week. Great customer service and attention from her. Very happy I went there ...great feedback from the other girls there.

   I bought some great clothes here and Di, my sales assistant was just fabulous. She knew exactly what would fit and look good as per my shape. She was attentive and professional yet happy, fun and friendly. So well suited to this role.

   I went shopping with my grandmother earlier today and the older woman who works there with blonde hair was so rude to my 85 year old grandmother, was way too pushy about wearing a mask. My grandmother is 85 and has dementia, we don’t have an exemption for her but she wasn’t wearing a mask because she can’t breathe. I explained the situation to the worker but she rudely talked over top of me and demanded an exemption. On top of that, before we even got out of the door way of the shop she was already jumping down our throats about what sales they have. No wonder why the store was empty. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

   Brought my grandmother into shop as she was on holiday, and the older lady behind the counter was unnecessarily rude to her, there is a younger woman who works there and is fabulous but when asked about pants that had pockets the older woman turned around and snapped at my grandmother. Disgusting behaviour. Wouldn’t recommend going in this store unless you want to be spoken to rudely and looked down at. Nothing worse then being made to feel uncomfortable when shopping so glad we didn’t buy anything. Wouldn’t support KandK silverdale.
