Can't recommend Darran enough! I went in with very limited insight and expectations into what 'life coaching' was, only that I needed help. I can say hand-on-heart that it was the right choice for me. After four sessions, I feel like I have learned some life-long tools and lessons that will help me overcome future struggles and suffering. My issues revolve around negative self-talk and intrusive thoughts, but my learnings extended far wider. I have had the good fortune to know Darran for a couple of years now, both as a mentor and as a sounding board when clarity has been difficult for me to find. Darran has a special ability to ask the right questions that require you to reflect on yourself and find your truth. Through this Darran has enabled me to find my truth, and more importantly, to be comfortable with it. He has helped me to develop the tools to prepare for, and own, difficult situations. The freedom I feel by honouring my truth and standing tall in that space would have been more difficult to achieve if I had not done the mahi with Darran that I did. I highly recommend having a conversation with Darran and embracing where that conversation may take you.
