   Wow. I went in for wisdom teeth removal plus an extra tooth. They were professional, quick working and friendly! I was expecting a VERY sore mouth after, however, was pleasantly surprised when I had next to no pain after my procedure, despite having one of my teeth drilled out. John Bridgeman is great dental surgeon, would highly recommend, especially if you are scared like I was!

   Cannot recommend this place enough. I have had an impacted wisdom tooth and 3 others extracted today and had the best experience ever. Nabeela was kind and compassionate and I don’t remember a thing from when the IV started until they woke me up when it was all done. I didn’t feel drowsy or sick, and now home resting. I have the worst dental phobia and these guys restored my faith! Highly highly highly recommend them 100/10

   I'm just chilling in the waiting room after having 4 wisdom teeth out. I might still be high af, but this whole procedure was off the chart. The efficiency of Abby and her team was like a formula 1 team swapping out some tyres. Literally not one single piece of pain as of yet...... If your worried about getting the procedure done, get in here asap. Highly recommended Edit. 24 hours later and I'm sweet as, I've taken all the advice and medicine and feel right as rain.

   We came through to OMS from out of town a couple of weeks ago for my daughters surgery. The service we received was outstanding, the moment we walked through the door everyone was friendly and kind. Dr Bridgman met with us both, he went through everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what was to happen. After the surgery, during the recovery period, I was updated on how everything went and then given a run through on the medications, what to expect, and possibly what not to expect. We were also given it all in writing and a number to call if we had any concerns at any time of day or night. The service went above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you so much for being such an amazing team.

   I have had an extraction of a very impacted wisdom tooth in this clinic 2.5 weeks ago. My experience was amazing, and I'm so grateful and happy about how easy, smooth and painless it was. I was treated with compassion, kindness and patience even though I was asking lots of questions, and all my questions were answered and everything was explained properly to me... I was particularly worried about sedation as I don't really like "blackouts" and feeling unwell afterwards, and didn't want anything to go wrong with me, but it was all good, sedation was nice, my head was clear, I didn't feel unwell at all and also didn't need any pain killers after the operation... Big Thank you to the team, the surgeon, assistants, receptionists. And John Bridgman being the best dental surgeon I've ever came across, he actually operated on 2 of my kids before and the experience was brilliant as well, every time. Would definitely recommend.

   I wouldn't recommend this practise, particularly David Crisp whom I found cold and rude. He also insisted that i have conscious sedation at an extra cost of $750. I went to Hamilton Emergency Dentists and they operated with local anaesthetic only within 3 days of making the appointment.

   The team here are absolutely amazing and so fast to get back to you. Have had the worst wisdom teeth pain and within a few days of referral I was contacted by the team. After consultation I was able to book a appointment and be put on the cancellation list. All within just under a month. Their receptionist are lovely and very welcoming and the nurses, surgeons and after care people are just absolutely lovely, I was in a little pain and Jill was always so fast to jump in and help ease that pain. She didn't rush me and she wasn't going to let me leave until the pain was nil and I was comfortable. Absolutely a wonderful experience from what I thought was a scary procedure.
