   Was with Rob when it was Robs Automotive. Never had any complaints. Ever. Continued my custom when the biz changed hands to K and K Automotive. Always agreed with the quote for repairs and service undertaken, as well as any advice given. Always paid on the day and never had any complaints. However, my latest experience of their service and repairs was far from satisfactory. You have absolutely broken my trust in you. Actually, if I could give zero for your conduct, I would. Not a happy customer. Not happy at all. #rippedoff

   My car had a malfunction (2 orange warning lights on). Fortunately I could book quickly and easily an appointement at K and K automotive. As a traveling foreigner, I was worried about the language barrier but the staff was very understanding, kind and professional ! The staff checked my car, and told me that it was nothing dangereous and I could move on. And they didn't charge me anything ! Thank you for your excellent service :)
