Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the meal I had at your establishment yesterday. I ordered the duck meat and fried pork, which turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. The duck skin still had visible feathers attached, which is both unappetizing and unacceptable. Additionally, the dish was excessively sweet, to the point where it felt overwhelmingly sugary. The fried pork had an off-putting odor, suggesting it may not have been fresh. What further concerned me was the speed at which the food was servedβwithin just three minutes of ordering. This raised suspicions that the dishes were pre-made and reheated rather than prepared fresh upon ordering. While the service and atmosphere were average, the quality of the food fell far below expectations. I hope you will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Chilli chicken pieces...nice. Red curry fried chicken, disappointing. Looked and came nothing like the picture. Not thick red creamy; more bland, watery, pale yellow-orangy... Was 'warm' not hot.

After waiting for so long for our orders to arrive, it came with one meal missing, we gave them a benefit of the doubt and waited a few more minutes to see if they would bring us our missing order but after a about 10minutes of waiting and the food that we already had, had gone cold we had no choice but to come to the counter and ask where our missing order was, only then did they remember and started cooking the meal, in turn causing us to wait even more. And all they said was "oh, sorry for the inconvenience" & ofcourse we lost our appetite and ended up taking most of the food home that we had to pay extra for the containers!

In my two years of living in Invers and frequent visits to Kmart, I never imagined this restaurant would serve such absolutely and utterly delicious food! Every bite was a delight, and the flavors truly exceeded my expectations. This spot has officially made it onto my go-to list for those lazy days when I need a satisfying meal without cooking. Highly recommend!

The quality of the drinks is inconsistent. I'm a regular customer ordering milk tea here. The previous times were fine, but last week and this week the tapioca pearls were undercooked and hard, impossible to chew. The shop should review the quality of their milk tea.

Prices are okay for what you get. Have tried 5 different dishes now. Roast Pork on marinated rice 5/10, it was just some pork on rice with half a boiled egg, tasted a bit bland and sweetish like cinnamon maybe. Pad thai chicken 9/10, favourite dish so far, lots of flavour and enough sauce to keep the noodles saucy. Peanut Sauce Stirfry Chicken on Rice 8/10, pretty yummy and saucy! Cashew Nut Stirfry Chicken on Noodles 7/10, again pretty yum and saucy but could be a bit more flavourful. Red Curry with Fried Chicken 3/10, was pretty disappointed with this one, chicken was really dry and chewy, sauce wasn't very red and was watery and not too much flavour to be honest.. also had the Peanut Pork Sticks, i was a bit suprised to see it was just a tiny piece of stirfry pork on a stick with peanut sauce, very tiny but pretty tasty.

Ordered fried chicken on dry egg noodles with extra tofu. (I paid more to have tofu.) There was no tofu to be seen. The Mee Goreng tasted okay but definitely not mixed properly. Not worth your money. I live out of town so was very disappointed with this after driving home.

Food is phenomenal. No more needs to be said, and the bang for buck ratio is off the charts. Portion sizes are big enough that they would charge you and extra 7-12$ anywhere else. Great staff Takeaways are well packed, even with soups and curries. 11/10 will be a frequent customer for the time I'm in invercargill

Iβve been a few times now and this is fast becoming my regular lunch spot, fantastic food, friendly service and great parking (thanks Kmart). Iβll be back soon and work my way around the menu.
