The Sales / Service Technician, Zane arrived on time, really polite & friendly, certainly knew what he was doing, tested and fixed the problem PLUS did the extras like lubrication, spring tensioning and re-testing.    Many grateful thanks to the team, when I needed to replace my garage door, because of a slight accident. Chris popped in to rewind my roller door so I could use manually until new one arrived.    I highly recommend the team at Dominator Garage Doors, Tauranga as they provide exceptional service. Our garage door required the circuit board to be replaced. Helen in the office was extremely efficient and helpful and promptly booked our job for the next day. Zane came on time and installed our circuit board and was very fast, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered my questions and was very helpful. Contact from Ella in the office regarding payment of the invoice was very friendly and professional. Very happy as the job was fairly priced and our garage door was fixed in a very prompt and efficient manner. We definitely will use this fantastic business again 10/10.

   Normal to life, things seem to happen at the most inconvenient time! Friday our garage door decided to play up when I needed to leave the house. I contacted Dominator. From start to finish they have been very professional, helpful and insightful. I explained the situation and the knowledgeable office lady (Helen) pretty much knew what needed to be done & was very helpful and reassuring it was nothing major. Helen slotted me into their schedule of work really quickly and the engineer who came out was also very professional and informative and you could tell he took his job seriously and worked with pride - Thanks Buddy (aka Michael).
