Great new stadium with good facilities and easy to reach from the city. Only major issue was the sound quality during the Hot Wheels Monster Truck show in September 2025 - terrible reverberating sound from the MC mics at deafening, distorted volume. This might not have been the responsibility of the stadium organisers but it made me wonder what could be done sound management-wise in a venue like this for future similar shows.

Stadium located in the heart of Dunedin Coty centre Entrance and Exit points are wide to cater all the guests. I found the stairs a bit steep especially for kids. Good value for snacks.

Decent stadium, within walking distance of the CBD. Having the roof certainly helps during winter. Even in the back row at the top of one stand I had great views of all the pitch (although there's a few seats on one side that high up that have restricted views thanks to the "Comms" booth), Food & drinks options are okay, but probably easier to get something before/after the game from the local options outside the ground.

This is the best stadium for soccer or rugby I ever visited. Near the unipol, and convenient to walk from the city. Parking is also provided for the vehicles and easy to navigate. Seating arrangements are amazing, especially the screens to see the replay and scores. If you ever come to Dunedin, you should watch one match there. Nice place, provided with good food facilities.

Public Gates open two (2) hours prior to kick off and fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the onsite entertainment and for smooth entry into your seat. FIFA Partners will be providing fans with entertainment outside the stadium on match days. Food and beverage options will be available throughout the stadium Merchandise stores will be available outside the stadium, near Gates A & B, with merchandise outlets also available within the stadium to kit yourself out.

We traveled down from Christchurch to watch this game LIVE and explore Dunedin over Easter. Best venue for a wet windy rugby game between Highlanders and Hurricanes . Thoroughly enjoyed the view food and meeting fellow supporters and the Atmosphere...

Rod Stewart concert: Arrived early and queued for food. Sadly only greasy options available "The kitchen hasn't sent the salads yet". Seating on ground had a great view - until the people at the front stood up. Unless you are in the front row, forget seeing the stage clearly. Seats were comfortable and well spaced. Sound was good; clear and, whilst loud, not unbearably so. Entering and exiting the stadium was very well organised, however leaving the area by car was a very slow process, as traffic was heavily locked up making the general traffic flow 3-4km/hour or stationary. Took 3 minutes to walk to my car, 21 minutes to get from a park by the marina to the one way system. Best plan would to park further away and walk to your car as it will be easier and quicker.
