Though they have only recently begun providing NZ Post services, the staff here are amazingly helpful and patient, helping me work through a number of large and confusing packages with the process of bagging up and tracking etc., very different from the disinterested service I often get at NZ Post locations. They actively assisted, were polite and answered all my questions, making the process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this centre.
