   I would give no stars if that was an option. Today 29th of July 2024 my partner took our car to Dw Panelbeaters for advice as our mechanic suggested us to go here, he said he's sent a few clients here before so that made us feel a bit better. Well, Don't come here if you have no idea what to do and think they will help. 1. The lady at the reception was so rude asking my partner if "she could help" and "why they send you" but imagine it with such horrible attitude, like why else would he be standing here waiting in line just for fun? Only for her to go get a guy named Stu to come out and make him feel so small also with comments like "what do you want" "I don't know why he sent you here" "I don't do that" so I don't even know why they have a shop if they can't do much not even make someone feel comfortable.. like I get it everyone is busy, but there's no need for disgusting customer service like that. Im so happy that my partner is humble even with the way he was treated because if that was anyone else i wouldnt be suprised if it got a bit more heated. I will be so letting the mechanic that suggested you guys, not to bother sending people here as who knows how many other customers have experienced what we have. At the end of the day they were no help. I will not recommend anybody to come here if I was asked as I myself and my family won't be. I'm glad to have found much better service down the road and spend my money there instead.

   I called in this morning for some advice and a quote on a dent in my car. I felt so reassured by their extremely patient, humble and seemingly non judgemental approach as Sean gently answered all my questions and went on to carefully explain all I needed to know. Upon his advice I realised it would be an insurance job and the insurance company has since advised of a company closer to home but I was really impressed by their service and would highly recommend them.

   They did a good quality job, at the quoted price, in a quicker time then they said they would. Provided a loan car too. I'd take my car back here again for repairs.

   We had a car accident in Napier and needed to leave the car at panelbeaters as the it wasn't in a condition to drive and this was the only place that was opened in the late afternoon. The team was happy for us to leave the car in the garage and said they will assess the damage condition and give us a call back in a couple of days. We had to fly back to Auckland the same evening and in the morning I get a call from Shaun saying that we have to pick up the car asap as he doesn't want it here and the car is taking the space in the garage. We were frustrated because day earlier Shaun's team was happy with everything and physically we couldn't pick up the car up as we live in Auckland. However, Shaun did not care and asked to immediately move it or he will park the car outside the garage and "if the City Council tows it away it will be not my responsibility". When we brought the car to this garage we were told that everything is alright and the car can stay, however Shaun did not want to hear out our situation and i wonder how not responsible people can be. This place doesn't treat its customers well and I don't recommend this panelbeaters.

   Sean and his team provide top notch friendly professional service. Handled my repairs from go to stop. Dealt with my insurance company directly. All u did was drop the van off and pick it up. Brilliant

   Sean and the DW Hawkes Bay Panel Beaters Team, were fast efficient and explained how I could choose my repairer, this is very handy tip. As my last experience with getting my car repaired I was lead to believe I was stuck with who ever my insurance company recommends. I would have no issues in recommend this company for quality car auto body repairs.
