   Incompetent work standard no help, bad manners on phone. Don’t want to do right by customer. Was from out of town wouldn’t help get 1 tyre and tighten hand break to send on my way. Changed out brand new front brake pads then said to me these still look new ? Never again

   Thank you to Kia Service Centre team for the excellent service they provide. The end-to-end experience has been of a very high standard each time we have called or visited including the front desk team and the technicians and other staff working there. The environment at the Centre is highly professional and welcoming and they make the extra effort to ensure everything is well communicated. On two occasions we have appreciated the use of a courtesy car which has made things so easy. Recently when I came in for a small technical issue the car was returned cleaned and vacuumed which was another bonus and very much appreciated. The technician also came out to talk with me to explain what he believed the issue was which was also appreciated on a busy Friday afternoon. The car is driving really well and we look forward to bringing our car in for its first scheduled full service.

   I previously owned many cars and this is probably the best service centre I've ever experienced. It's very nice, clean and toasty inside. They loaned me a free car while my car was serviced. My car was washed and vacuumed for free too. Better than the experiences I had from the European brands.
