   After carefully assessing the most likely cause of my worsening shoulder/neck issue, the needle treatment I received from Teresa plus the therapeutic neck massage has worked a treat. Played basically a pain-free golf round today. I would definitely want to keep up a regular treatment regime in order to maintain the relief.    I've had two treatments with Teresa so for after having overtrained my hip during marathon training. I noticed a huge improvement between the two treatments (I believe they were about four days apart). The dry needling has done wonders for me, and I believe the treatments has helped "speed up" the healing. I'll definitely be continuing regular treatments, even when my hip is fully healed for future injury prevention.

   I’d highly recommend Teresa at Embody Clinic. After pulling my back during a deadlift in the gym and being in agony for days after she was able to book me in last minute to help me get more range of motion instantly. With various techniques such as heat treatment, dry needling, soft tissue massage and cupping I felt the value for money was fantastic. Three treatments later and the back spasms that were paralysing me during walks had gone and feeling a lot more confident to go back into the gym. Don’t go anywhere else other than Embody Clinic

   I've neglected myself for too long! (Like us mums do!!) I arrived tense, tight and worn out. I appreciated Teresa's intuitiveness for identifying spots I needed work on, although never working on me before. She had listened carefully to what I said and offered different options. (How many massages have I had where the therapist has ignored me entirely and I've left bruised and irritated!) I left Teresa feeling looser, relaxed, mentally soothed and refreshed like I'd had "me time" with substance and quality!
