Olivia is one of the best customer service agents I have come across. She immediately knew what I wanted from my specific unusual request and offered solutions which was very much appreciated. I have purchased a blanket for the top of the bed which I hadnβt considered before coming into the store. Olivia is a real treasure deserves a pay increase!

Found the staff very unhelpful. Wanted to buy two duvets. After going back 3 times and 1 phone call gave up. The store I did eventually spent $800.00 was more than happy to help me. Times must be good for Sheridan not to been my money.
