I experienced the worst customer service when calling about my PO Box. After 45 minutes on hold, a useless call centre operator transferred me to the wrong department enough though i called the PO BOX department their phone service navigates you to. A complete waste of time. I expect an apology and for the operator to be held accountable. I will be following up formally if this isn’t addressed.
