Overall a good experience. Great customer service when I rung up and booked in. Plumber came on time and job was done well. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating, is because rubbish (old water filter cartridge & a lollipop stick) was left behind and he wasn’t informed about a part of the job I needed doing and so he didn’t have the part, which was a battery. All turned out well though as I found the correct battery and replaced it in my filter tap myself. Other than that, all was good and would I Use them again.
I had a few issues needing a plumber. Had wonderful friendly and helpful service from Amanda when called and organized Jackson and Jared to come out. They were excellent, friendly, quick service, dealt to all the issues I had in quick efficiently and explained what may become an issue in future. Couldn't hv asked for better service. I appreciate the VERY quick response to my call, - and spoke to a friendly person on the other end of the phone which helps when i was a bit stressed, as I knew it was a leak under the house, so it needed to be fixed asap. The tradesperson was very approachable and was so efficient. I also appreciate that there is no extra charge for travel as I live in the borough. It's nice to know that there is such a reliable service so close at hand. Thanks again.

excellent service- came within 1 hour of calling and identified the problem. Experienced plumber could just look at the washing machine pipes and see what needed doing- he explained the options and the pricing clearly with an idea on customer budgets with a simple 'could be expensive' - old school service and experience- wow and washing machine all fitted out with nice new taps within an hour - new business owners- much improved phone service too!!n an hour and ready to use- well done Te Puke Plumbing a
