   Linwood wellness Nestled in her idyllic hut on top of the hill, the whole atmosphere feels wholesome — from the high-quality products to the soulful music that wraps around you. Sinead has a gift; she can tell by touch exactly which muscles hold tension and releases them with such intuitive care. She is really special! I walked in like a stiff log and floated out light as a feather — relaxed, renewed, and deeply restored.

   I was reflecting tonight on how much my health has improved in recent months. I was diagnosed with long covid last year and I'd been struggling with fatigue, palpitations, vertigo, headaches and nausea. Seeing Sinead was a real turning point for me. I'm still not 100% but I'm well on my way. And the turning point was a session with Sinead. I left feeling mentally, spiritually and physically better than I had for so so long. I'll be booking in for a time up soon. I cannot recommend Sinead enough. Six out of five stars.

   Sinead is a very intune, honest, kind and healing practitioner. She has several different ways of working with the body, mind, spirit, and emotional body. I felt like my energy was restored from anxiety thought processes to calm, and grounded, practicle way of living once more. Additionally within the hour i felt like i was at peace with myself once more. Highly recommend!
