Bought a phone case less than a month ago and the paint started to chip. Went to the shop and their answer was ‘well it’s a bad quality one so we won’t do anything’ not only they assumed they sell bad quality products but their customer service was awful. The bad quality products cost around $40 (not $5)
I had an annoying problem with an app which staff at Spark and 2 Degrees couldn't rectify but the techy Fast Fix team had it sorted in less than 5 minutes. Really helpful and very friendly.

Had problems with my phone since another company replaced the screen and they didn't seem to care when I went back. I took it to Fast Fix and they fixed it in under 30 seconds. No charge. I offered to kiss her but was told a review was better.
Fast Fix helped me out of a real pickle recently. My phone screen was black, and I had two years worth of photos and data not backed up (eeek!). The clever staff member kindly managed to transfer everything to a new device. Was excellent value for such an important service. I greatly appreciate the work. Thank you so much.
Very professional and honest service. My iPhone shut off unexpectedly. I brought it in and the lady said it could be the battery and that if it had to be replaced there would be a cost. She put the new battery in and it turned on. She then checked the old battery just in case and my phone turned back on. She could’ve charged me for a new battery without telling me the old one didn’t work. But she was honest and I walked away with having to pay nothing. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.
