   Don’t spend money here. They do not respect the guarantee that they offer. Even if there is no physical damage to the phone, the screen they replaced simply stopped working and they did nothing to help us. No refund and they didn’t even try to check or repair the phone. They said we just needed to get a new screen. The quality of theirs screens is incredibly deficient, they profit from people coming back and replacing screens over and over again, since they fail after a few days. Biggest scam in Bayfair.

   Had my screen cover replaced for $40. A week later it's peeling off. Went to enquire about it. Was told sorry there's nothing they can do. Pretty rubbish service.

   I originally walked into the store just to buy a headphones, planning to spend around $20–$30. But then I met Pinder, who completely changed the experience for me. He didn’t just sell products — he had a genuine conversation. He asked how my day was going, what I do for a living, and I casually mentioned I was going to Europe soon. That’s when he showed me exactly what I didn’t even know I needed — a new phone case with a wireless charging ring, a fast charger, a power bank for travel, and a universal travel adapter. He gave me great deals on high-quality products and explained everything clearly. I couldn’t say no not because of pressure, but because of how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful he was. Honestly, Pinder is one of the best salespeople I’ve come across friendly, respectful, and focused on what the customer actually needs. Highly recommend visiting him if you’re looking for both good service and smart recommendations!

   edit- Have had a phone call and a text offering different amounts of refund, and asking to take down the review. Needless to say the review stays up. I am sure these guys can do the job fine, but I personally had a bad experience here. I suspect the owner pressured his staff to contact me. I wont be using them again.. Needed my Nova 5T repaired - screen and battery replacement. I had all the parts needed for the repair and they quoted me $50 which I thought was a fair price. Took it in and they said roughly an hour, I said no worries I'll come back in an hour. When I returned they had almost finished.. Saw the two guys both holding the phone looking at it discussing amongst themselves. Clearly they knew it wasn't right. The phone is fixed, but when I received it it was covered in glue which I had to clean off myself. The bottom portion of the display protrudes about 2-3mm from the phone body, whether this is because of excessive glue or just poor fitment I can't say. Certainly not what you would expect from professional repairs. If you needed more time to do it properly you should have said, I wasn't in a hurry to get it done. Additionally, when picking up the phone I figured I'd ask if they had any cases for it, since it's not a common model and most big box shops don't stock them, he said yeah, I had a look and he quoted $35 for a PU leather flip case.. I said no thanks too expensive. He says , okay $30 for you.. I said okay, he then charged me $35 anyway which I didn't realise until I looked at the receipt at home.. They likely get these cases from aliexpress for $5 or something... Not happy.

   Paid $30 for tempered glass screen protection. It fell off within 3 days in my car & shattered. When I returned to kiosk they told me I had to email head office. I did. They offered me a 10% discount on a replacement!! Still within 3mths Consumer Guarantee but they denying fault! Meanwhile I paid $30 for nothing!!! Poor customer service! Bad experience. Will avoid in future!

   Phone was overcharged and I could not use it/open it/power on. So took it to these guys. They were awesome, very honest and let me know worst case scenario due to having to take the screen off and check phone. Luckily the workmanship was so good (no break of screen) so only cost $80 instead of a possible $550. Kia Ora!!
